OMG We had the time of our life with Christine and Michele. We were on a seven week vacation in Europe, and had to make sure we made it to Oktoberfest. It fulfilled all our expectations and more. Oktoberfest Tour Description
The meeting point of our Munich Oktoberfest Tours 2025 is at Karlsplatz (Stachus).
At the meeting point our guests are greeted with a welcome gift and get to know the guides and the other tour guests.
We are happy to see our guests dressed up in traditional Bavarian clothes, such as Dirndl or Lederhosen, but this is definitely optional. At Oktoberfest the majority of visitors dress up in Dirndl or Lederhosen, but there are also people at the festival who are dressed in casual clothes. In any case we do recommend to bring a jacket when going to the festival as it can get quite chilly in Munich during Oktoberfest time, especially once the sun sets.
Throughout the all-inclusive Beer & Pretzel Oktoberfest Tour our guests will get familiar with the traditions, history and the most important facts about both Munich and the Oktoberfest. During the tour our guests have the chance to win a price by answering quiz questions about Munich and the world-famous festival.
The tour proceeds to a beautiful traditional beer garden (inside sitting options available if it rains), which we reach by hopping on an underground train. At the beer garden/hall our guests get a taste of one of the best Munich beers accompanied by a pretzel – both included in the tour. Our guests have the opportunity to try a different kind of beer than the ones that are served inside the beer tents. In the Oktoberfest tents the beer options are limited to the local’s favorite “Helles” (Lager) or the sweeter and less strong version called “Radler” (shandy), which is a lager beer mixed with lemonade.
After some time at the beer garden, we will walk for around 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest festival grounds to our reserved tables within one of the most popular and massive Oktoberfest beer tents.
During our tours we have a tent reservation at one of the following tents:
The famous Hofbräu Oktoberfest tent
or
The traditional Oktoberfest tent at the special area of "Oide Wiesn"
or
The amazing Paulaner Oktoberfest tent "Armbrustschützen".
Thanks to the reservation we will not have to wait in line outside the beer tent. Our guests will receive vouchers for two liters of Oktoberfest beer and half a roasted chicken. The vouchers do not necessarily have to be used for beer and chicken, they can be used for anything inside the beer tent. Vegetarian and alcohol-free options are also available. If our guests decide for something that is more expensive, the difference in price value would have to be paid. We will stay for several hours at our reserved tables and make sure we can fully enjoy and experience the unique atmosphere of Oktoberfest and be part of the world’s biggest beer festival.
The tour will finish at the tables within the Oktoberfest beer tent. Of course, we are happy to help out our guests and give recommendations to make the most out of your stay at the iconic Oktoberfest in Munich.
