Cancellation Policy

(1) The customer can withdraw any time before the beginning of the reserved trip. The receipt of the withdrawal declaration at Beer & Pretzel Tours is definitive.

(2) If a customer or group cancels or cannot attend a tour for any reason and want to reschedule:

Beer & Pretzel Tours will attempt to reschedule tickets for a later date, subject to availability, for a rescheduling fee of €20 per guest, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. If there is a price difference between the tours, the difference must be paid by the customer.

(3) If a customer or group cancels or cannot attend a tour for any reason and wishes to have a refund, this can be applied as follows:

a. Cancelling 45 days or more before the scheduled tour: Each customer is charged a administrative fee of 20€ per guest.

b. 30% refund if cancelled between one 45 days and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour.

c. 15% refund when cancelled between 15 days and 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

d. Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

Please notice that for any refunds, a 20€ administrative fee will be applied per guest.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

(4) No Shows:

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on the booked tour date without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

(5) Group Bookings:

For group bookings of 10 or more guests, our cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary. Please contact us directly for specific group booking terms and conditions. Contact us directly under following email: reservations@beerandpretzeltours.com

(6) Tour Changes:

Beer & Pretzel Tours reserves the right to make changes to tour schedules, routes, or inclusions as necessary. In such cases, we will notify guests in advance and offer suitable alternatives or refunds if the changes significantly affect the tour experience.
