Terms and Conditions - Beer & Pretzel Tour Giveaway 2026
Win 2 spots for our Oktoberfest Tour on Sep. 30th 2026
§ 1 Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Beer & Pretzel Tours.
§ 2 Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older, regardless of nationality, who have a registered Instagram account. Employees of Beer & Pretzel Tours and their relatives are excluded from participation.
§ 3 Participation Period
The giveaway runs from September 27, 2026 until September 29, 2026 at 08:00 (CET). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
§ 4 Prize
The prize is 2 spots for our Oktoberfest Tour on Wednesday, Sep. 30th 2026. The start of the tour is 09:30 at Karlsplatz (Stachus) and the end of the Oktoberfest tent reservation is 4 PM.
§ 5 How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
follow @beerpretzeltours on Instagram or TikTok,
like the official giveaway post, and
tag at least one person in the comments.
Reposting the giveaway post to their own Instagram or TikTok story also increases the chances of winning.
By participating in the giveaway, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Participation is only possible within the giveaway period.
§ 6 Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be notified via Instagram and TikTok direct message. If the winner does not respond within 10 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
§ 7 Exclusion from the Giveaway
We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information, or attempt to manipulate the giveaway.
§ 8 Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the giveaway, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for prize delivery. Data will be deleted after the giveaway is completed and any legal retention periods have expired.
§ 9 Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
